“松式络筒机”详细介绍
经久耐用的电子型络筒机，用于生产密度均匀的筒倒筒优质筒子纱。机器的卷绕速度可通过电脑自动控制，最高可达：1000米/分钟。径向防叠装置调控方便，先进的清纱及张力机构并可避免纱线打结，从而获得最佳的络纱并线效果。是棉、麻丝和化学纤维纱线类络筒的理想设备。创新的机械结构更加优化了纱线的走向、使得对纱线的伤害减少到最小。空间节约理念，减少了机器占地面积，从而节约厂房成本，也使空间利用率较传统机型提高30%；创新的旋钮式可调张力控制系统，能够实现更大范围的线性张力，更能适应于不同类型的纱线卷绕，从而提供更合理的张力，达到成型好、松软度适宜的纱筒，减少筒染的次品率，提高效率及利润

方便开启的纱管托架中心定位结构，便于取下绕好的筒子纱；
纱线出入口有陶瓷保护，可避免因摩擦而影响纱线质量
标准机型：双面排列；每台12锭；可多台串联安装，最大串联数为8台。
